We have Business Information Technology Service packages of hours and services provided at discounted rates for those who need computer repair and IT work every month. Each package not only includes a discounted hourly rate, but additional bonus services such as off-site backup and business class anti-spam services.

Our packages are designed to be flexible to meet the needs of your business. We understand that your IT needs may fluctuate from month to month; therefore, our plans are designed to do the same. In the beginning we select your base package based upon the number of computers, servers, and network size at your business. If for some reason you have a large project and you use additional hours, your rate will automatically adjust to the new discounted rate at the interval below and readjust to your base package the next month. This allows you to take advantage of the discounted hourly rate of a larger plan without being stuck in a higher plan.

Travel Rates
If one of our associates needs to travel more than 30 minutes to arrive at your location, we may charge for travel time which is ½ of the actual travel time. This will come from your hours included in your package.
